This beautiful two-story stone holiday home in Privlaka offers the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Despite its peaceful location, it is conveniently close to key attractions: only 4 km from the beautiful town of Nin and 24 km from the historic city of Zadar. It is located only 900 meters from the sea, offering easy access to beautiful beaches and the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic.
The house consists of 105m2 on two levels. On the ground floor is the kitchen and one room with 1 French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and shower/WC. On the upper floor is a living/dining room with satellite TV, one room with 1 French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and another room with 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a kitchen, WC/shower and big terrace with deck chairs, barbecue (portable), and terrace furniture.
