Terms and Conditions of Business and Reservation at LEUT Tourist Agency
Welcome to the world of travel with LEUT Tourist Agency! In order to ensure you have an unforgettable experience, we would like to present our terms and conditions of business and reservation:
1. Business with Property Owners:
- Our agency closely collaborates with property owners to provide excellent service.
- All properties are carefully inspected and possess valid rental permits from the state authorities.
- Villa owners are responsible for providing accurate information about the properties, with an emphasis on honesty.
2. Rental Agreement:
- The rental agreement is made between the guest, property owner, and LEUT Tourist Agency as an intermediary.
- The original contract is in Croatian, translated into German and English, with the original Croatian text as a reference.
- Any disputes are resolved before the municipal court in Zadar.
- This agreement becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit by the guest and the conclusion of the rental agreement between the guest and property owner with LEUT Tourist Agency as the agent-intermediary.
3. Reservations:
- Reservation confirmation is achieved by paying a 35% deposit via bank transfer or credit card.
- The agreement is considered concluded upon receipt of the deposit into the agency's account.
- The remaining 65% is payable 14 to 30 days before arrival, depending on the selected property.
- Please adhere to payment deadlines to avoid reservation cancellation.
- In case of non-payment within the deadline, the agency will terminate the agreement and may conclude a new agreement with other guests.
4. Cancellation and Reservation Changes:
- Cancellation costs depend on the period before the start of service usage.
a. For reservation cancellation up to 60 days before the start of service usage, there are no cancellation costs.
b. For reservation cancellation from 59 to 30 days before the start of service usage, 80% of the total reservation cost is charged.
c. For reservation cancellation from 29 to 0 days before the start of service usage, 100% of the total reservation cost is charged.
d. For reservation cancellation after departure, or if the Guest does not appear in the reserved accommodation, 100% of the total reservation cost is charged. - An administrative fee of 25 euros is charged for each accommodation reservation.
- For each canceled accommodation reservation, the Agency charges an administrative fee of 25 euros.
- We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance for additional protection, and the agency is obliged to provide all necessary documents to the insurance company.
5. Property Rental:
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and returning it to its original condition.
- The security deposit is returned to the guest if there are no damages on the day of departure after the owner inspects the property.
- The amount of the security deposit depends on the property and is indicated in the description of each.
- Any disputes between the guest and the owner are resolved directly, without the agency's intervention.
6. Check-in and Check-out from the property/accommodation:
- The voucher will indicate the exact time of arrival and departure. The arrival and departure times are unchangeable and must be respected.
- One week before arrival, the guest will receive all necessary instructions for arriving at the accommodation.
- If the guest arrives earlier than indicated in the voucher, they will not be able to enter the accommodation, and additional costs may be incurred if necessary. The same applies to leaving the accommodation at 10 a.m.
